The
mill was inaugurated after completion of installation by Honourable Chief
Minister of Tamilnadu Dr. Kalaignar M. Karunanithi during the year 1997 and
he re-christened our mill as “GOMUKI COOPERATIVE SUGAR MILLS LTD.” in name
of the river Gomuki, which is the main source of irrigation to thousands of
farmers in this area.
Our mills stand first in rendering yeomen service
to the farming community and play a vital role in the up-liftment
of the thousands of farmers, cane harvesting labourers,
vehicle operators and provides hundred of job opportunity
directly and indirectly to the people of our mill jurisdiction
Being in Co-operative sector, the mills
strongly believe in production of quality products and dedicated service to
rural people.
